Honey BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Tangy Coleslaw

Low and slow is the secret to tender pulled pork.

3  pounds  boneless country style ribs
As desired  Weber® Seasoning Salt
1 bottle (18 ounces)  Weber® Buzz'N Honey BBQ Sauce
 hamburger buns
Tangy Coleslaw
1  bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
1  cup  mayonnaise
2 tablespoons  sugar
2 tablespoons  vinegar
1 teaspoon  Spice Islands® Celery Seed

Generously season pork with seasoning salt.  Cook pork over indirect heat, keeping the grill temperature at 300°F or lower.  Turn meat occasionally.  Cook for 1-1/2 to 2 hours until meat is tender and easily sheds. 

Remove pork to a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes.  Using two forks, shred pork into bite size pieces.  Liberally toss with BBQ sauce.  Serve on hamburger buns with Tangy Coleslaw.

While pork is cooking, combine all coleslaw ingredients in a large bowl.  Chill at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
