Teriyaki Steak Kabobs

Try other vegetables on these tasty skewers.

1 package  Weber® Just Add Juice Teriyaki Marinade Mix
1/2 cup  pineapple juice
1-1/2 pounds  sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
 onion, cut in wedges
 green OR red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 cups  fresh pineapple
Six  12-inch skewers

Combine marinade mix and pineapple juice in a large resealable plastic bag.  Add steak cubes, turning to coat.  Marinate at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Alternate steak cubes, onion, peppers and pineapple on skewers*. 

Grill over Medium Direct heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until pineapple and peppers are lightly browned and meat is desired doneness. 

*Note:  if using bamboo or wooden skewers, make sure to soak in water for 30 minutes before using.
