When grilling steaks you might be tempted to lift the grill lid and turn them while they’re searing, but as grill masters we know better. The best flavors come out of steaks when you simply leave them alone. Turn them once or twice, but let them develop that delicious caramelized sear on the grill before you flip them. One way to tell when it’s time to flip: If you try to lift the meat before it’s ready, it’ll stick to the grates.
